And when kids see adults going nuts for something, they&#8217;ll want to try it, too.<\/p>\n<p>This Mexican 7 layer dip is also really healthy. Although the avocados and black olives have fat, it is the good kind of mono-unsaturated fat. And the cheese and beans are packed with protein and calcium. Even the salsa is loaded with lycopene.<\/p>\n<p>If you like, make your own <a href=\"http:\/\/kidscooking.about.com\/od\/snacksdipsappetizers\/r\/guacamolerecipe.htm\">guacamole<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/kidscooking.about.com\/od\/snacksdipsappetizers\/r\/tomatosalsa.htm\">tomato salsa<\/a>. Or just use store-bought. Enjoy!<\/p>\n<h3>Prep Time: 15 minutes<\/h3>\n<h3>Total Time: 15 minutes<\/h3>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce<\/li>\n<li>1 16 oz. can vegetarian refried beans<\/li>\n<li>1-1\/2 cups prepared salsa<\/li>\n<li>1 cup prepared guacamole<\/li>\n<li>8 oz. low-fat or fat-free sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. mild chili powder<\/li>\n<li>1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<li>sliced black olives for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparation:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Spread lettuce in an even layer in a deep-dish pie      plate, gratin dish or serving bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Spread refried beans over lettuce. (Hint: To make the      beans easier to spread, transfer them to a microwave-safe container, and      heat on high for 20 seconds.)<\/li>\n<li>Top with salsa, then guacamole.<\/li>\n<li>Stir together sour cream and chili powder. Spread over      the guacamole layer.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the sour cream layer.
