{"id":92,"date":"2010-12-14T14:04:37","date_gmt":"2010-12-14T20:04:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tallhorse.com\/blog\/?p=92"},"modified":"2010-12-14T14:04:53","modified_gmt":"2010-12-14T20:04:53","slug":"key-lime-cake-and-icing-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tallhorse.com\/blog\/2010\/12\/key-lime-cake-and-icing-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Key Lime Cake and Icing (1)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Key Lime Cake and Icing<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 box lemon cake mix<\/li>\n<li>1 small box lemon      instant pudding (approx. 3 oz)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup water<\/li>\n<li>1 cup vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. key lime      juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Key Lime Glaze <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups confectioners&#8217;      sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup key lime juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beat eggs; add water, oil, lime juice, instant pudding and cake mix. Beat with electric mixer until well blended. Pour into well greased and lightly floured 9&#8243;x12&#8243; pan. Bake approximately 50 to 55 minutes at 325 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Prick top surface with fork while still warm, about 5 to 10 minutes out of the oven. Pour glaze over cake.
