Praline Pie

Ingredients:

2 graham cracker crusts

1 can coconut (or 1 small bag)

1 1/2 cup pecans pieces (chopped a little, I put 2 cups)

1/2 stick margarine or butter

1 12oz jar caramel

1 can condensed milk

1 8oz cream cheese

1 12oz cool whip

Directions:

Toast pecans and coconut in butter.  Mix softened cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Fold in thawed cool whip. Sprinkle 1/2 coconut mix in crust. Drizzle 1/2 caramel on top. Pour in all of the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle rest of coconut mix. Drizzle remainder of caramel on top and freeze.
